I have known Matěj for a very long time and it never ceases to fascinate me how he is progressing into a better and better therapist. I am already solving about the third health problem with him and he is excellent in diagnostics. Just as well in recommended therapy. I just wish I had enough willpower to exercise regularly. I took an advanced climbing course with Matěj and I can only recommend his services. The overall benefit is guaranteed! Thanks to Matěj, I lifted my maximum both on the rope and on the boulder. I was falling apart and thus solved my panic phobia of falling. I also found out how to stretch (other than with beer) and how to lay the foundations of training. In addition to countless tips and tricks, Matěj will also tell you what you are doing wrong and find out how to fix it. Compared to other instructors, Matěj is exceptional in that he is a movement specialist and can help you correct personal ailments.

I highly recommend Matěj. I started going to him in May 2023 because of tingling in my legs during prolonged driving and pain in the lumbar region caused by a displaced vertebra. After 3 months, I am riding longer routes again and have started returning to the mountains. I enjoy classes with Matěj, he has an individual plan ready and, above all, he teaches me how to work with acute conditions, how to help myself quickly, and at the same time helps me transform bad habits, such as a sedentary lifestyle at work.

Great WS on the topic of strength training. I take away a lot of new knowledge and exercises. I had no idea how challenging a simple exercise can be if I perform it in the correct body position. Everything is always explained with information about what can happen in the future and what problems we are getting ourselves into if we perform it incorrectly. I am excited and I am definitely not here for the last time.

I came to Matěj with shoulder pain after a year and a half of going through various physiotherapy sessions, which sometimes took a bit of effort, but certainly helped me in terms of overall body alignment, but the shoulder problem kept coming back. I caused the initial complication - inflammation in my shoulder - by a combination of overload and hypothermia. At the orthopedics clinic, they prescribed a complete ban on climbing for three months, which I respected. When I returned to climbing, my shoulder started to hurt again with any milder load, I was only able to climb vertically, in overhangs at all. Matěj identified that my problem could stem from the "stiffness" of my shoulder. He recommended that I warm up my left shoulder, whose range of motion was significantly worse than my right, despite the pain. I went to Matěj 1-2 times a week, and I practiced the exercises he recommended to me and which could be mastered by one person 3 times a day. After 14 days, my shoulder loosened up. I currently do strength exercises for both shoulders once a day. I can climb without any problems in any profiles several times a week. I am grateful to Matěj first of all for identifying the real cause of my problems. I also thank him for the overall support and help in warming up my shoulder, which allowed me to return to climbing in full.
