How is the plan developed?

 

  1. Introductory video consultation (30 min)

    • We will discuss your goals, health condition, and time options.

    • We will find out what type of training will suit you best.

    • We will set realistic expectations and a path to achieving results.

  2. Creating a training plan

    • Based on the consultation, we will create a detailed training plan.

    • The plan will be tailored to your lifestyle and time options.

    • It can be focused on fitness, muscle growth, weight loss or health purposes.

  3. Delivery of the plan and other recommendations

    • You will receive the finished plan in an understandable form, including a description of the exercises.

    • You will receive recommendations for lifestyle changes and regeneration.
